EezEvent Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how EezPlatforms LLC ("EezEvent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the EezEvent mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we collect and use information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Platform.

The mobile app may request access to your photo library so you can upload event images, vendor service images, catalog item images, and inquiry attachments. We collect the files you choose to upload. We do not access photos or files unless you select them for use with the Platform.

The Android app configuration may include media and audio-related permissions. As of the effective date of this Policy, EezEvent uses media access to support image and file uploads and does not offer payment processing through the app.

EezEvent does not process payments in the submitted app version as of the effective date of this Policy. Quotes, contracts, reservation information, and related documents are used for planning and workflow coordination. If payment features are added later, we will update this Policy as appropriate.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Platform.

The app includes account deletion flows for clients and vendor owners, and some features allow deletion of events, businesses, services, service images, catalog items, calendar blocks, team members, and inquiry attachments. Deletion may not remove all information immediately from backups, logs, legal records, audit history, transaction history, records needed to protect other users, or records we must retain for legitimate business, security, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons.

We may retain aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system, network, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for limiting access to your device.

We do not sell personal information. As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

9. Cookies, Tracking, and App Store Privacy

As of the effective date of this Policy, EezEvent does not use advertising, attribution, or tracking SDKs in the mobile app. We do not link data collected from the app with third-party data for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, and we do not share data with data brokers.

Website pages may use cookies or browser storage for basic site or session functionality. The mobile app may use local device storage for session, preference, and app functionality purposes as described above.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, documents, or profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information or otherwise address the issue.

EezEvent is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

13. No Reliance on Platform Data

Information displayed on the Platform, including vendor details, event details, messages, inquiry status, quote status, calendar status, availability information, documents, and workflow information, may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users should verify important details directly with the relevant client, planner, vendor, or business before making decisions.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after an updated Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
